Besides brainstorming marketing strategies, I can be found at Craft Marketing doing…

I consider myself with a foot in 2 worlds: I manage Craft and strategize with designers, writers, photographers, and coders to develop awesome content marketing. I’m also Owner and hands-on managers of my own independent retail store (Salisbury Greenhouse). Every day I’m thinking both of how to market my own company and how to use the strategies that I’ve learned to help my Clients in Craft.

My favourite part of marketing is...

The feeling I get when a campaign, that we’ve spent hours lining up and polished, simply and beautifully “works.”

What I love most about collaborating with other creative minds is…

That moment when one person’s idea start getting volleyed from person to person, each adding their own perspective and talent, and that idea taking on a life of its own until it goes from 1 person’s brainwave to something multi-faceted, complex, and beautiful.

My fondest childhood memory is...

I grew up near Ardrossan, about 40 minutes east of Edmonton. We had a 40 acre sheep farm and my best memories are of being outside in the poetry of nature.

As a child I dreamt of being a...

an actor, commanding the stage in Shakespearean tragedy in London.

If I had no limitations, I would be working as a…

Poet. I’ve always wanted to earn my livelihood by my pen. Happily I’ve been able to come part way to doing just that.

Something you’d be surprised to learn about me is...

That I have a passion for mountain climbing and one of my most beloved happy places is atop a glacier or on a high remote summit.

My favourite guilty pleasure closest snack food is…

Chips. Love em. And German beer!

I love telling people that I’ve travelled to…

The Equadorian rain forest to a botanical reserve – a formative experience in my life.

My all time favourite movie is...

Return of the King.

The book I could read again and again is...

Tao te Ching
